Question: How do I register a Domain Name?

Answer:

You have two options to register a domain name.

  1. You can register a domain name at our Domain Registration page. This is a real-time registration process ensuring you immediately reserve that domain.
  2. Alternatively, you can register a domain name by completing a Hosting or Managed Web plan order form.

Please note that Hosting or Managed Web plan orders are processed by our back office and although we endeavour to process them as soon as possible, there may be a delay of up to 8 business hours in registering your domain. If there is urgency in registering your domain we advise to register online. Send us an email with a copy of your payment and we will deduct this from your plan costs where applicable.
