Question: How can I install an SSL certificate on my account?

Answer:

If you've purchased an SSL certificate through Redalto Communications (see www.redalto.com/ssl), the process of issueing a certificate and implementing it on the server is fully managed by us.

If you've purchased your certificate elsewhere, please contact us by email. We will need to create a CSR in order for your certificate to be issued. Once your SSL Certificate has been issued, please email us back the certificate so that we can complete the SSL implementation for you.

Please note there is a $29 setup fee for SSL certificate installations. You will also need a dedicated IP address. Click here for information regarding IP addresses.
