Question: How can I access the Hosted Exchange Control Panel?

To access your Hosted Exchange account Control Panel, go the following web address:

www.exchange.redalto.com

From within the control panel you can peform many account maintenance activities including, but not limited to, the following functions:

   • Add new Exchange/POP email accounts
   • Rename email accounts
   • Setup Email Forwards and/or Aliases
   • Change passwords
   • And more….

Please note, telephone assistance for the Hosted Exchange product is only accessible via the Hosted Exchange support number. For telephone assistance please call 1800 800 099. When telephoning, please make sure to have your Exchange client number and password ready.
