Question: Configuring goMail SMTP Server in Outlook

Answer:
1. In Outlook, go to 'Tools', 'Email Accounts' and select 'View or change existing email accounts'

2. Select the mail account which needs to be configured to use the goMail Outgoing Mail Server and select 'Change'

3. In the next window, under 'Server Information' change 'Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to "outgoing.redalto.com"

4. On the bottom right, select 'More Settings...'

5. In the next window select the 'Outgoing Server' tab and select 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. In the same window select 'log on using' and then type your username and password in the field boxes (don't forget to select 'remember password')

6. In the 'Advanced' tab you need to change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port number from '25' to '2525'.

7. To complete the process click 'OK', 'Next' and then 'Finish'
